Miles of smiles and a dimple

Yes, it's true she is already smiling !! and it's way to cute not to mention a dimple appears. I did bring all the girls for pics yesterday it didn't really go as planned ...does it ever??? She woke up today with smiles of course. I returned to the doctors for a check up and was released to go about as usual. I didn't tell him I already had..... how could you not with 2 other small children. I saw the most appropriate sign while I was in the office it said "Motherhood ain't for sissies" LOL
