Baby Mia

Today I went back to the doctors for a check up and ultrasound. We have all been quite sick here at the house. It is our second go around with upper respiratory infections since Christmas. Nothing like being sick when your pregnant. Hopefully this will be it and we can all be well for the new baby's arrival. Today when I had my ultrasound we discovered that the baby it not going to very big.......I am at 37 weeks and she is just a little over 5 pounds. With an expected growth of another 1.5 pounds if I go all the way to term. She is already very low and my cervix is already very thin so I am not sure if i will even make 40 weeks. Next week I have to have another ultrasound with a biophysical profile. AND I also found out today that I am a carrier of Group B Strep isn't that lovely!!!. I am sure everything is going to be fine. I really have had a great pregnancy but somethings just really are out of your control and I am sure my MD is being very cautious but none the less keep us in your prayers
